Erica Schoff
Senior Director of Workforce Development with SUNY Polytechnic Institute
Erica Schoff is a seasoned educator and administrator with 19 years of experience in K-12 education and workforce development, specializing in aligning talent pipelines with national security and defense needs. She has led transformative initiatives like founding a P-TECH high school and expanding career-connected learning as Director of Career and Technical Education in Utica. She served as Senior Director of Academic Programs and Workforce Pipelines at Griffiss Institute, Ms. Schoff is now the Senior Director of workforce development to launch the college's newly established workforce development division.
